Bangers and Mash
Ok…this is a bratwurst, but it is still freaking good.
1 cup of beer
5 cups of boiled potato
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup of milk
2 tbsp of butter
How to make Bangers and Mash
Put cooked potato in a food processor, add milk, butter, salt and pepper. Blend until potato is creamy.
Start a sauce pan with beer, salt and pepper. Boil bratwurst for 10 minutes.
In a skillet, pan fry bratwurst until brown, add onion. Cook until onion is fragrant.
Serve bratwurst on top of the mashed potato.
