ENSALADA VERDE TEMPLADA/ LUKEWARM GREEN SALAD
Ingredients
1 calabacín
Canónigos frescos
5 espárragos verdes
50 gr judías verdes redondas
20 gr guisantes

1 courgette
Lamb's lettuce
5 green asparagus stems
50 g runner beans
20 g peas How to make ENSALADA VERDE TEMPLADA/ LUKEWARM GREEN SALAD
Cuece al vapor los espárragos, las judías troceadas y los guisantes, hasta que estén al dente, no muy hechos.
Lava y corta el calabacín en rodajas finas y colócalo en un bol grande, y encima unas hojas de canónigos lavados.
Añade las verduras hervidas escurridas, y aliña al gusto.
Sirve inmediatamente.

Steam cook the asparagus, the cut up runner beans and the peas until "al dente", not too done.
Wash and cut the courgette into fine slices and place in a big bowl, put some washed lamb´s lettuce leaves on top.
Add the cooked and soaked vegetables on top and dress as you wish.
Serve immediately.
