Two Hour Pizza Bases
Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons salt
1 packet dry instant yeast
1 cup water
2 teaspoons olive oil + extra
How to make Two Hour Pizza Bases
Mix flour, salt and yeast until consistent
Stir in water and olive oil
Form a ball of mixture
Coat ball with extra olive oil, cover for 2 hours
After two hours, split the ball into two, three or four smaller balls, flatten and cover with pizza toppings. Bake on 180ºC for 20-25 minutes.
