Baked eggplant
Ingredients
1 big eggplant
Seasoning:
2 tea spoons of chili oil
1 spoon of light soy sauce
1 spoon of fish sauce
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 chili pepper
1 spoon of oil
1 tea spoon of sesame oil
2 spoons of lime juice
1 spoon of brown sugar
Garnish:
sesame seeds
mint leaves
How to make Baked eggplant
slice eggplant into 1 cm thick slices
mix the seasoning ingredients
deep each slice of eggplant in seasoning and put in baking dish
bake in the oven about 30 min in 160 degrees
served garnished with mint leaves and sprinkle with sesame seeds
