Molten chocolate cakes
Ingredients
3 eggs
150g dark chocolate
175g butter
90g cake flour
110g sugar
How to make Molten chocolate cakes
Preheat oven at 200°C.
Melt chocolate and butter. Leave aside.
Beat eggs and sugar until creamy.
Add sifted flour, mix well.
Add melted chocolate mixture
Pour in greased mini muffins pan.
Bake in preheated oven for about 12-15 min.
Leave to cool in pan before removing.
