Grilled Golden Seabass
INGREDIENTS
1 pound fresh sea bass
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1 bay leaf
DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, stir together olive oil, lemon juice, pepper, salt and bay leaf. Rub fish with mixture inside and out.
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat.
Grill the fish over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes each side.
