Banana - Fritata
Ingredients
1/2 cup flour
pinch salt
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
2 large bananas, sliced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tbsp butter
How to make Banana - Fritata
Combine flour, salt and sugar. Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth. Add eggs (one at a time ), add the oil. Stir in sliced bananas. Mix just until combined.
Melt the butter in a large saucepan and pour batter in. Cook on medium to low heat until golden brown. Cover with a plate and turn the fritata on it. Pour back into the saucepan and bake on the other side until golden brown. Cover again with the serving dish and turn the fritata on it. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
