Crispy Kale w/vegan Ranch
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of curly kale
VEGAN RANCH
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 squeeze of lemon
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1/4 cup of soy milk
- 1/2 cup of veganaise
- 1/4 tsp red pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of minced onion
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
How to make Crispy Kale w/vegan Ranch
so good.
1. Heat skillet
2. Rinse/clean fresh Kale and don't drain
3. Snip Kale in bite-sized pieces and throw in skillet, cover.
4. Check Kale in one minute. Cook until dark green and
remove from heat.
5. Mix all ingredients for ranch in bowl and chill.
6. Pour over kale and serve.
