Suutei tsai - Mongolian milk tea
Ingredients
Milk
Water
Green Tea(also try Oolong for a slightly smoky taste)
Salt
How to make Suutei tsai - Mongolian milk tea
Here is a recipe for Mongolian milk tea,
I have made it a few times before but today i went to see the film 'Mongol: the rise to power of gengis Khan'(Awesome film btw) and got a craving for it,

1. Crush the green tea(Green Gunpowder works great) in a pestle & mortar,
2. To a pan or kettle add salt,milk,water and the green tea
Bring to the boil,
3. Strain into a hot tea pot or serving cups,
4. Drink and enjoy!
