Open Tuna fish sandwich
Ingredients
1 can of tuna fish 1 tablespoon mayonnaise 1 teaspoon mustard 1 teaspoon hot pepper mix hot sauce fresh spinach leaves 1 slice of bread (I used oatmeal)
How to make Open Tuna fish sandwich
Mix all ingredients together excpet spinach and bread
Layer spinach leaves on top of toasted bread, then spoon on tuna fish
