Apple and Prosciutto Flatbread Pizza
- 4 prosciutto slices
- half an apple, peeled, cored and sliced
- fresh mozzarella, about 4 medium slices, diced
- 1/2 white onion, sliced
- 1/2 tomato, sliced
- garlic slivers
- olive oil
- ground black pepper
- store-bought flatbread
How to make Apple and Prosciutto Flatbread Pizza
Sprinkle flatbread with olive oil, then begin layering:
Place in a 350 degree F oven on a parchment paper lined baking sheet until cheese has melted and crust is crisp, about 15-20 minutes.
1 flatbread is good for 2 servings.
